This section is based on cultural mediation and alternative dispute resolution as a new form to approach community problems, crosscultural and interethnic conflicts. It is also a reasearch which aim to suggest new strategies of prevention and resolution of sociocultural tensions among citizens and juridical subjects.
Anthropological and juridical contributions to mediation debate will be then appreciated, but also political and historico-geographical essays.
This reseach aim to constitute in the European Community an observatory on the politics of identity and their cultural and legal implications and also a laboratory of new proposals on integration politics both at a national and international level.
